Mint Chocolate Protein Bark

8 oz dark chocolate

1 scoop SFH PURE Mint Chip Protein

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

6 oz white chocolate
-
2 tbsp melted coconut oil

2 drops natural green coloring
Directions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stir every 15 seconds. Once melted, stir in protein powder.
In a separate bowl, add white chocolate, coconut oil and green food coloring. Microwave for 1 minute, stir every 15 seconds.
Pour the dark melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out into a large rectangle.
Drizzle the white chocolate mixture on top. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the layers together.
Allow the chocolate to cool down in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Once hard, break or cut into pieces as large or as small as you want.
