Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with every item you purchase directly from SFH.com. 

If you are dissatisfied with an item(s) that you have purchased, please get in touch with our customer service team at customerservice@sfh.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Our customer service team will be able to assist you between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will work with you to solve any issues you may be experiencing by asking you a series of questions to understand the situation better.

NOTE: All sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.

If an item was purchased from a third-party retailer outside SFH.com, you must contact that retailer for any returns/exchanges.

When contacting customer service, please have ready your order number, e-mail address, and phone number.  We also ask for photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to give you a store credit equal to the price of the items purchased, minus any shipping charges paid. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on our products because they are consumable goods.  It is a safety risk to resell or reuse the item in any way. 

All issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis with limitations. 

If asked to send your item(s) back, please include your order number, billing name, and address in the return box. 

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer.   For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for your return. 

Please do not return any items before you contact customer service. 

Keep the return tracking number from the package you return to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.

In no event will a replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by SFH. We reserve the right to amend or change this policy and thoroughly investigate claims we believe may be unfounded.
