1 scoop SFH PURE Whey Vanilla

1/2 cup milk (whatever kind you love)

1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
Add protein powder, milk, and orange juice to your shaker bottle. Twist cap and shake until completely mixed.
Pour over ice to enjoy on the rocks, or sip straight from your shaker bottle. Enjoy!
