Ingredients

5 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop SFH coconut protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup coconut milk
Directions
In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, protein powder, vanilla extract and milk.
- Give it a good stir to loosen any clumps and chill for 1-2 hours.
Serve with your favorite toppings! We added greek yogurt, berries, and toasted coconut flakes.
