1 cup oat milk (any milk works!)

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp clover
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ginger, ground

1 scoop of SFH Daily Boost

1 packet stevia
- Gingerbread cookies (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small jar, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy!
