Ingredients:
● 1 cup coffee
● 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
● 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
● 1 scoop SFH PURE Whey Churro Protein
● 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or ½ tsp nutmeg & ½ tsp ground clobes)
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
● Additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish
Instructions:
1. Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat. Stir in the pumpkin puree, SFH PURE Whey Churro Protein, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and heated through then add coffee and mix well.
2. Blend: If you prefer a frothy texture, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy. Option to pour over ice if you prefer an iced coffee!
3. Garnish: Top with whipped cream if desired, and sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice.
