This simple recipe just screams fall snack! They're perfect for a movie night in or to bring as a dessert to a gathering. These peanut butter cups are protein-packed and have the perfect amount of pumpkin, they'll keep you feeling full and satisfied.

Ingredients

2 cups dark chocolate, melted

1 scoop PURE Chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil

½ cup peanut butter

¼ cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1 tsp maple syrup

flakey sea salt
Directions
Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and set a side.
Melt the dark chocolate, protein powder, coconut oil in a pot using the double broiler method-or in a microwave.
Once melted, spoon some chocolate until the muffin pan is about ⅓ of the way full.
Place the pan in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
Mix the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and maple syrup together in a bowl.
Spoon 1 tsp of the mixture in to each muffin tin.
Spoon the rest of the chocolate on top until the cups are almost full and place in the freezer until firm.
Sprinkle it with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
